Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, please contact us immediately at hello@babyscale.store. If your package is confirmed lost, you are eligible for a full refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement.
